World Cancer Day is a world wide campaign to unite our voices, taking action and becoming stronger together.
18 million people world wide are diagnosed with Cancer, in the UK 2 in 4 people will survive cancer and live for 10 years+
World Cancer Day is put in place to raise awareness of not only the different types of cancer but how this affects the world as a whole and Countries as individual Countries. Their aim is to make each community aware of situations and to promote Country-specific cancer prevention as well as aiming to help them meet the requirements and resource each individual Country needs.
